Our Team

Team work makes the dream work, and that definitely goes for Caïo. Our team is made up out of a bunch of international and talented people. Spread out over many different roles ranging from Accountant to Community liaison, and spread out geographically between Kampala and Lira in Uganda, to Copenhagen in Denmark they get the job done every day.

With great cultural diversity and a majority females we are still able to have a lean organisation. Because of that we are flexible enough to deal with the changing demands over the course of the year. That not withstanding, most staff members have been with us from the very early days and many have grown with our organisation. In addition to our staff members we are very privileged to have a group of expert volunteers surrounding the organisation that is able to provide us with professional guidance and support whenever needed. Together we have build Caio into the amazing organisation that it is today, and we are excited to see the growth of the company for tomorrow.

We are always looking for people who can add value to the organisation. As such, are you interested in joining our team as a staff member, intern or trainee? We frequently have positions open as we expand our operations and we often host interns and trainees in Uganda but also remotely that have specific assignments for their school or university.
